In KidsCare daycares in Luxembourg, spaces are designed according to the needs, skills, and interests of the children. The games and toys are all suited to the size and abilities of each age group. The child should be able to move freely, gain autonomy, and play safely.
Imitation Play
The imitation process typically begins between 18 and 24 months. That's why, in every nursery, a 2-year-old child will have access to imitation games to "do what adults do." They can have fun taking care of their family, their bear, or sick dolls, cleaning the house, setting the table, taking care of animals, hammering nails, or playing as a mom or dad taking care of a baby. Imitation play contributes to the overall development of both girls and boys.
Psychomotor Modules
At 2 years old, children can move, climb, and jump as much as they like in complete safety. Developing motor skills is essential in young children, and we are committed to allowing them to move freely.
Educational Games and Developmental Toys
In each of our daycares, we provide spaces for artistic awakening, scientific exploration, nature discovery, and sensory exploration of taste. Awakening workshops are organized, and the little ones can have fun discovering colors, drawing, painting, or playing with musical instruments to explore art and creativity. As for taste awareness, it allows children to taste different original dishes to develop their palate.
Discovery of Construction Play
A space for construction games on the floor is available for babies at every daycare. By using it, they can consistently improve their understanding of volume, shape, and spatial representation.
Our 100% Eco-Responsible Wooden Toys
The toys, pieces, and accessories made of wood in our daycares are 100% eco-responsible. The toys in our centers are mostly made from FSC or PEFC certified wood.
