The food in our daycares for your children's meals is 100% organic. This organic and healthy nutrition is an integral part of our educational commitments. The high quality of our meals also serves as a platform for development and raising awareness among the youngest about the environment.

Our commitments constitute a 5-point dietary charter for children and their parents:
 

• Every day, our facilities commit to offering the best for the health and well-being of your children, particularly through healthy food from organic farming.
• Nutrition is a fundamental foundation for promoting the discovery and experimentation of children while meeting their nutritional needs.
• The safety of your children is our priority. This also applies to nutrition in our daycares. The menus respect special dietary regimes, and our experts guarantee food traceability.
• The meals are prepared with fresh and local products. Fruits and vegetables are seasonal and of quality.
• The dishes offered in our daycares are an opportunity for discovery and new experiences. We vary tastes and textures for the culinary awakening of the youngest.
   

The Quality of Our Organic Meals

Our organic and balanced meals are prepared by a dietitian to meet the nutritional needs of children according to their age. She also prepares menus for special diets.
We use local, fresh, and Fairtrade products. The fish is mainly MSC certified or comes from sustainable fishing. The meat is also mostly from organic farming. We are committed to having our reception structures certified with the “Sou Schmaacht Lëtzebuerg” certificate from the Chamber of Agriculture and the Ministry of Agriculture. This certificate aims to promote local products and regional food by giving them more visibility.

The Educational Relay

Nutrition in our daycares is an important educational foundation.
Our early childhood staff organizes this educational relay around 3 axes:

• Taste, by discovering original recipes and organizing cooking workshops.
• Health, by developing good dietary reflexes in the youngest.
• The planet, to educate children about organic and sustainable nutrition.
  A Luxembourgish mascot, called Pooky, accompanies babies and children in their culinary discoveries and learning of ecological rules to respect.
  Every month, a gastronomic animation is organized on-site. A fruit or a vegetable is highlighted. In addition, each year, cooking workshops are organized, as well as excursions related to organic nutrition. Finally, 3 meetings are scheduled to educate children in our facilities about environmental protection.
