Degree for working as a childcare assistant in a daycare:
A childcare assistant holds a CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle) in early childhood education and the childcare assistant exam, which grants access to a one-year training program.
The role of the childcare assistant in the daycare is to take care of the children. The assistant handles all the necessary care (diaper changes, bathing, nose and handwashing, etc.), meals, and naps.

The daycare nurse is the medical reference for children. They are responsible for maintaining proper hygiene practices for both care and facilities, as well as ensuring food safety for the children.
The nurse medically monitors each child and works closely with the daycare’s referring doctor.

Management roles in daycare:
