Age-specific care groups (babies, toddlers, preschoolers)
Children at different developmental stages have unique needs. That’s why our nurseries are organised into dedicated care groups: babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Each group is supported by trained professionals who provide the right activities and attention for their age.
All the early childhood professionals in our nursery networks are hired using strict criteria and are trained continuously. They take over from the parents with an excellent level of training in education.
Our teams are also supplemented by parental assistants and nurses, and they are present on the premises to give advice to the families and to ensure the child's safety.
Educational and play-based activities
In our structures, activities for your children follow their individual rhythm while also respecting capacities. We’ll never force them to do or learn anything they don’t feel comfortable doing.

Daily communication with parents
KidsCare offers the Kidizz app, a simple and free tool for parents of children who attend our facilities. Through Kidizz, our early childhood professionals share daily photos and videos of your child, allowing parents to follow their child’s key moments during the day. This secure platform also enables parents to communicate with the nursery staff.
Access to the Kidizz app is limited to the parents of the same KidsCare structure, and media (photos and videos) are only shared with the parents’ full permission. We respect your child’s privacy, and we will not upload and share anything on the app without your permission.

- Local and seasonal produce: We prioritise seasonal fruits and vegetables to support local farmers while introducing children to a variety of natural flavours year-round.
- Eco-responsible food practices: We only use bottles made of glass or plastic that don’t contain bisphenol (BPA). A vegetarian day is offered in our establishments every week to promote sustainable eating habits from an early age.
- Attention to allergies and dietary needs: We also serve special meals for children with allergies or specific dietary needs.
Tailored Services for Children Aged 4 to 12
KidsCare home systems for residents in the city of Luxembourg are intended for older children, thanks to our day centres. The spaces between babies and older children are separated to maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere for everyone on site.
School transport is provided by minibuses which travel between schools in the municipality and the Luxembourg hostel. Our professionals also provide a homework help service to assist your children. Many extracurricular activities are planned at no additional cost for families.
